Hi. I’m lenore.

I help people get out of their own way and realize their potential.

I’ve spent 25+ years partnering with entrepreneurs and corporations optimizing their efficiency. Through process creation and refinement I help businesses achieve their goals.

I love bringing structure and accountability to people’s day to day. That includes making time to garden and impromptu dance parties!

Don’t take my word for it….see below

What People Are Saying

With a seemingly unrealistic timeline, Lenore planned, managed and oversaw the launch of our first retail location in Rockefeller Center. From merchandise operations, recruitment and training to POS integration and SOP implementations, Lenore left no stone unturned to get us to launch - operating with nothing but optimal efficiency and always through the lens of and up to our brand guidelines. Lenore went over and above her scope with us to ensure the store had everything it needed for a highly successful launch!

— Jon Gray, President of Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace

Before working with Lenorganized I had so many ideas on how to grow my business I just didn’t know where to start.  I was drowning in the small

details of my company but craving bigger changes.  After a few sessions I had set clear goals, reorganized

my team and had a direct path to work towards.  Not only did this organization reinvigorate me, I finally felt focused

on what I needed to do in order to take my career to the next level.

Working with Lenorganized holds me accountable and keeps me moving forward.

Total game changer!

— Amy Shapiro, Real nutrition

I have worked at 3 different companies with Lenore over the past 25 years.  In each environment she was always celebrated for her attention to detail, organization, positive attitude, willingness to get things done, and for her honest opinions.

She is the very definition of being “a straight shooter.”  It is never easy to
have uncomfortable conversations personally or professionally, and Lenore always somehow manages
to navigate these with ease and grace.

She also thrives at turning chaos into an easy to read roadmap of tasks and steps.  Lenore makes even the most unpleasant work tasks fun and manageable, and you will laugh every step of the way.

— Winnie beattie, warm ny

“amazing ability to relate to me without allowing me to be complacent with my challenges.”

— Andrew, Hamilton & Adams

“Plenty of sass but SHE backS it up. we are Lenore’s highest priority client. Or SHE make us feel this way.”

— Peter, North River Design Build / Architects

The greatest gift that Lenore gave to me was the discipline of prioritizing (tackling!) my to do list based on things that a) I wanted to do least and b) were the hardest for me to do (in most cases they were one in the same!).  In building this practice and habit I found that I gained an enormous amount of mental energy (and time) because I wasn’t spending my day worrying about the hard things that I knew I had to ultimately handle.

Lenore is direct and authentic… or, in non-pc terms, won’t let you get away with your own BS!  She calls me on my excuses… or, in non-pc terms, my shit!  All of this to say, her approach is an incredibly effective tool in breaking through barriers that potentially hold back one’s productivity and/or cause of stress or anxiety.

Professionally, when I’m stuck and need to unblock to ‘get the job done’, Lenore’s steadfast, logical, task-oriented mindset, approach and tactics undoubtedly and unequivocally lay the groundwork for a way forward and through.

— Jenny Shechtman, Brand Experience Macy’s

I was feeling overwhelmed,  disorganized and paralyzed. After a few sessions working with Lenore, I felt confident and ready to tackle my projects! Lenore introduced me to and helped me understand the value of utilizing a project management software to house all of my many to do’s. She also encouraged me to set deadlines and tackle one task at a time. I am feeling more productive than ever! Lenore is extremely skilled at listening and problem solving!

If you want to accomplish more, it’s time for you to get Lenorganized!
